Account And Family Rooms

Contact support if you cannot sign in, need help with caregiver invites, want a family room archived, or need help understanding what a role can see.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account inside Unpanic from Settings, then Account. Deleting removes your sign-in access and personal account records. If you are the only caregiver in a family room, Unpanic also deletes that family room, child profiles, logs, invites, and uploaded media. If other caregivers remain, your membership is removed while shared family logs stay available to them.

Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage billing in your app store settings. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email and include "Delete account" in the subject.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through the app store account used to purchase Unpanic. Include the app store platform, the email used in the app, and the approximate purchase date when contacting support.

Medical Emergencies

Unpanic is not an emergency service. If symptoms are severe, urgent, or worsening, contact a clinician or emergency services immediately.
