Using Unpanic

Unpanic is a sick-day tracking tool for families. It helps caregivers record symptoms, temperatures, medications, fluids, notes, photos, voice-derived entries, and handoff summaries. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Not Medical Advice

Unpanic does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace professional medical advice. Any dose, symptom, reminder, or red-flag information is for organization and discussion with a qualified clinician. Always follow product labels and clinician guidance. For urgent or worsening symptoms, contact emergency services or a clinician immediately.

Family Rooms And Caregivers

You may invite caregivers to a family room. Only invite people who are allowed to view or help manage the child's sick-day information. Shared family data can remain available to other caregivers after one member leaves or deletes their account.

Subscriptions

Unpanic may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Trial length, price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically through the store account used to buy them. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store settings. Deleting an Unpanic account does not cancel store billing.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Unpanic, interfere with the service, access data without permission, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms another person. We may restrict access when needed to protect families, the service, or legal obligations.

Availability And Changes

We work to keep Unpanic reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or changed from time to time. Features may be updated, discontinued, or limited as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Unpanic is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Some laws do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only where legally permitted.

Apple Standard EULA

If you download Unpanic from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies where required by Apple.
